Although different orders are big or small they all carry some sort of freight requirement, small items such as a pair of kneepads or ankle braces and things of that size we will charge the consumer from $10.00 for delivery.
Things of a bigger nature like 4 or 6 volleyballs will require a bigger bag (approx. 5kg) and we would charge the consumer from $25.00 for delivery. (Costs dependant on the price of the Auspost Satchel)
For anything bigger special arrangements must be made between the consumer and local distributor.

Every package is generally sent via Auspost and is covered by insurance, more information about extra cover can be found on the Auspost Extras Cover website link here
If the product is faulty by manufacturer or damaged while in transit please contact us upon receipt of the product ASAP so we can assess and assist where possible. All products are checked for quality assurance before they are sent.
Consumers are not entitled to a replacement or refund if:
- they got what they asked for but simply changed their mind, found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided they didn't like the purchase or had no use for it.
- the problem with the product was caused by the consumer misusing it.
- they knew of or were made aware of the problem with the product before they bought it.
- asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business.
- the problem with a service was caused by the actions of someone other than the business.
Major faults include:
- is unsafe
- has either one serious problem or several smaller problems that would stop someone buying the product if they knew about them beforehand
- can’t be used for its normal purpose, or another purpose the consumer told the seller about before they bought it, and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time.
In some circumstances, the manufacturer may be able to resolve the issue experienced.
